Okay, I posted a message before about this, but it lacks detail. The feeling has settled off a bit and my mind is clearer now.
When I was doing the dishes it suddenly was like I felt something snap in me, but it was very dull and weak. Then, a little moment later some extremely powerful feeling took place in me and became stronger and stronger every second. The feeling came down from the bottom of my spine, mostly between the middle and bottom. The sensation was spreading trough my whole body: my back and hands cramped a very little and were a bit hard to control. It was not a fear attack or anything related. The energy was very dominating and I cannot tell if it was hostile. It was like a volcanic eruption and I still feel the sensation boiling... and I physicly feel extremely strong. And right now my spine feels odd and I cannot relax my neck or shoulders... and the feeling in my back and hands is still remaining, but is very feint.
I am sure that it wasn't anything with the Kundalini too... can anyone provide me answers?
