Extreme Heat After Awakening Kundalini

It has been a few weeks since the awakening of the serpent happened. I experienced various changes positively, but I am also having some problems. I have extreme heat as if I have a fever and sick but I am actually not. Also, I still have some aches around my back. I am okay with the hurt but heat is something really problematic now because it also makes me sluggish. Of course, "no pain, no gain" but I am just asking if there are tips that I can use to reduce it or get stronger such as exercising etc. Because I know that the more powerful body you have the less problems you experience. Could anyone tell me any tips about this, and could it be due to over-stimulating or adding too many meditation at once? Thank you.

I have still a long way for my kundalini to awake, but sometimes the basic spinal energy KY does make enormous heat. For me it goes away after a short time, but I could imagine that otherwise I would take a cold shower. Make sure to not to be too cold, and as your body is so hot, even the lukewarm might feel cold, so basically my advise or what would I do is to take a shower with a lukewarm/cold water. I can imagine that not cooling down your body would be very dangerous, as above 40 degrees your brain can literally melt. So DEFINITELY 'forcefully' cool down your body.

Don't try to forcefully rise your kundalini. HPZM said, You don't raise the kundalini, you prepare the temple(mind, body, and soul) for it's ascension.

It sounds like you are being overstimulated. It would be good to slow down.

- Vibrating the Moon mantra into the 6th chakra would help. You could also use the SHREEM mantra or vibrate SOMAYA.

Thank you for your advice, but I have a question. I am already using Moon Mantra (Chandramase) for the 6th chakra during the Full Chakra Meditation. But I think still it is not enough to cool it down. Should I also use it separately then?

Thank you for your advice. To be honest I was not trying to force to rise it, but know that I should be careful. Also, the heat is mostly felt in my whole spine but I will try a cold shower if I experience it again.

That is actually what I think about this situation intuitively. Thank you for your opinion.

Tried hatha yoga? Alternate nostril breathing?
Of course, these are in my daily routine.

In your place I would try invoking water.

But I don’t think this would help for everyone, if you are water dominant better not do it.

As I am lacking water it gives me stillness calmness, symphaty and sweetness.

It also balances fire element. This is reason I would try it if your case would be with me.

Heat is fire so, water should help.
