i have not been meditating for a long time but i understand it.
during meditation i felt dizzy at on point and from dizzy it went to something thats hard to explain really. like my very soul was vibrating overwhelming and scary cause at first i thort there was something rong and then i remembered what i read about bioelectricity.
and then i felt another presence. and short after i saw eyes staring right at me. i must say it overwhelmed me to the point i stoped the connection. has anyone has a similar experience?
