Expectation or cheating the Subconscious?

Does *expectation* create reality faster than *convincing* the subconscious and bringing harmony between conscious and subconscious mind that telling it that what I want I already have / already done?What do you think?  Which method is better,generally?

It's more to do with repetition, via affirmations, and conviction, which is similiar to convincing but more authoritative and certain. When doing magic, things are phrased as if they are happening right now and are done more than once. (For a month, 40 days makes it permanent but depends on the working) The longer the better. Example for affirmation - "My natal Sun and it's effects on my life are permanently improving in a healthy and positive manner for me."

The subconscious has no ability to reason. It does exactly what it is instructed to do. If someone dislikes money because they are an idiot christian and think "money is the root of all evil," then their subconsciousness goes, "Yes boss, money is the root of all evil and I will make sure I do not have money. If I do have money, I will make something bad happen because money is the root of all evil" If a Satanist who thinks they deserve money does a spell to attract money, their subconsciousness goes, "Yes boss, this energy is to be used to bring money to me." Whatever you program into your subconsciousness, good or bad, that is what it brings into your reality.

Just adding onto here--The part of "convincing" is actually the process of making you, yourself, consciously convinced of the thing (for example attracting money). As johnson akemi said already, the *subconscious* does not need convincing --you just need to tell it what to do.

Been reading about the 'expectation' thingy and how it creates reality. I got the answers. Some useful tip I'd like to share : if you expect negative things and not feel worthy of or doubt that you don't deserve the positive things you want then simply doubt your negative expectation to be completely wrong. You can doubt your positive expectation to be non-attainable ? Why can't you doubt your negative expectations then and expect the good ?

Asking another question for which I'm trying to use subconscious mind power. That's for height increase.So, basketball players naturally grow taller and Is that because they jump and jump and reach ? Jumping actually helps in increasing your height? I thought the opposite :S
