Entity or Thought Form

Hello,
I'm not that astrally open yet, so I have a question about Entities and thought forms. How can someone tell if they are dealing with an entity or a thought form? From reading posts here and the JoS website, thought forms can do many things entities can do. They both seem to give that cobweb feeling when touching a person, so how do you know what you are dealing with? Are all entities and thought forms not related to Satan negative? Thank you.

Well, to answer your second question, the universe is infinite. It is full of beings who aren't really with Satan but aren't going to hurt you. There are plenty of neutral beings in the universe towards humans.

That being said, you should still be careful.

As for telling the difference between the two? It takes practice. And a thoughtform is generally much simpler than an actual entity.

Since you are not that open, I would try to work with Satan and The Demons as much as possible, and leave everything else out as much as you can. Protect yourself.
