Enochian Phrase

I came across this, one or two words lead me to believe it's Enochian. What does it mean, can anyone translate?

Torzul means arise
Piadph = number 89

I think its old church slavonic after an quick google search but share certain fonetic similarities.

The text is out of context since it doesnt say whom it targets to invoke first guess maybe Astaroth or Lillith but I would never use this its disrespectful and not the way to approach our Gods.

They choose freely whom they want to help or meet.
