Energy system messed up. Please read.

Hey eryone hope your well. So I have a ridiculous issue with me energy. The best way I can explain it is through example. When trying to manipulate energy or move it with my aura, what actually happens is i give it away. Its like my aura is inside out its really frustrating. I will take energy from people, but after a certain point of gain, it all leaks out. Visually it feels like theres a wall, this wall is supposed to be at the back of the aura. instead it is pushed almost all the way to the front of my body. Perhaps it is the back of the aura itself. To comepensate, i have it set up so i do the same too other people. That is not my intention however. I need to know how to pull all of my own power and energy back into me, and let people have theirs, unless reasons that state otherwise for specific people in specific situations.
