I've talked to my friend about astral, the soul, and the energy. He was wondering, when doing astral projection, what is keeping energy in perfect 'shape', what puts it together, as he said that energy in it's nature moves chaotically?? why doesn't it spread away?

And one more question, i have asked earlier but maybe it was unseen, is it ok to share basic knowledge about trance and beginner meditations to someone who doesn't know yet that it comes from Satanism? I was thinking that it's a bit disrespectful to Satan, the bringer of knowledge, especially if that person has hatred towards Satanism?
