Energy is stuck

Agh, I had this pain and this sensation when I was doing Yoga... And then I started going for walks and doing gymnastics... And it helped. Our bodies can't handle the spiritual energy if they're weak and untrained. So, I suggest you to go for walks or do any kind of gymnastics to work with your legs.

But it I can't find it, so I am asking you guys!

Lately when I meditate now, doesn't matter which meditation, it is enough by just imagine or visualize energy getting into my body. It seems like the energy circulates down to my feet, and won't go anywhere else, it hurts like a bitch!I have tried to direct the energy up through the spine and out the crown, but it doesn't help. I have also tried breathing out the energy. Which neither did help.Can it be that my energy pathways are blocked? That would be weird since I've meditated pretty much on them these days..(the minor and major)
Can someone please help me with this? Seriously, it feels like they are about to grow 10 inches or just gonna jump by their own, or explode or something xD I don't know how to explain it really...only that it hurts real bad! Annoying pain!

if your energy is pooling in your feet , perform alternate norstril breathing where you HOLD AT THE TOP , this directs the prana to the top chakras and solves your problem easily 
just do it 10 - 20 minutes everyday holding at the topyou can also tune your chakras (AUM's) as this helps to balance them out after you have done your breathing ex
