Energy drawing

So I've been wondering, is there a way to draw enough concentrated energy so that i never need to eat or sleep? I'm not necessarily planing to do this I'm mostly just curious.

You would need some massive amounts of energy, knowledge and control to form some chemical compounds that replenish your body...

No, and if you could, it'd be really really pointless.
Plus eating tastes so much better!
