enemy curses as a dedicated ss?

(my scenario) if you are actively fighting for humanity’s awareness and if someone of the enemy notices you and attempts to curse or damn you for this even though you are a dedicated ss will the curses still affect us as would a non dedicated normal person? will the protection of our true gods repel and keep us away from effects of the enemy? *even though yes i know we are greatly outnumbered as of right now*
