First things first it should be known to the readers that our mind can effectively accept new ideas and programming whenever in a trance or in a lower brainwave vibration state.

keeping this in mind when in the states mentioned above you can program your mind to accept new positive habits and thought patterns. Some positive habits may be like being punctual, discarding anxiety, having confidence, hard-work affirmations, exercising discipline, etc.

Normally successful people have to work extra hard just to get a slight amount of positive programming but we SS have been given the tools by the gods for our self improvement bith spiritual and physical.
