i m doing the programe second time around
The ectoplasm exersise starts ro work at night fine
BUT ...HOW do you do it during daytime ????
I mean CAN it be done WHITOUT a mirror ????

I am in the third month of the meditation program on days 6-13. I am supposed to be seeing ectoplasm in my black mirror. However, I am still having problems entering a trance state, and I could not see any ectoplasm tonight at all. I just tried for over an hour and didn't really see anything. Am I doing something wrong? It says a light trance is only necessary so am I not even deep enough to say I'm in a light trance? Any help is appreciated.

Seeing ectoplasm is the result of having enough bio-energetic mass (your energy body), to see in the first place. You have not acquired enough energy density for it to even materialize for you, therefore you just have to meditate and gather more energy. The reason some can see it is because everyone born on a different energetic level; not everyone is the same.

Hi It dint work for me in the beginning either
The secret is ; RELAX (dont "try " too hard dont FORCE
yourself ), just let go & observe It will come eventualy
Of corse take into account everybody is different so with
some it will go faster , with others not
Important is ;TAKE YOUR TIME & TRY to "empty " your mind

Hello co-fighters,
Have you had any problems with seeing ectoplasm when going through the Hells Army training?I´m in a 3rd month at the moment. Everything has gone well so far, but now I´m stuck with meditating on ectoplasm, I simply cant see it. I think that i might not be open enough. Do you have any suggestions?
