Something I noticed is that when I sleep with my phone close to my head, I don't remember my dreams. But when the phone is far away, I have vivid dreams, and I remember very long sections. I've tried to notice the difference many times and it's always the same result.
This is something to consider when working on the upper chakras, because these give you the ability to remember everything like your normal life every day. They are supposed to be very powerful. And lucid dreaming should eventually be easier too. Among all the things that clergy have done like flooding a city with a mantra, or accumulating accelerated knowledge from books, there are also those who apparently just went into a dream world for two months. Voluntarily, I must say. Yogis have done a lot of things like this.
