I don't know if this is wrong but, I have meditated with sigils of daemons, and decreeing assistance from human spirits, I usually do it at night and when I sleep I have these strange lucid dreams, I have read that it can be a good thing when you know how to handle it well, The detail is that I can handle it, I can identify a dream and I can work on it, but this slight line between controlling and being controlled consumes me sometimes. I would like to know if anyone has a book about lucid dreams, or if someone with experience could tell me what to do in these post-meditation dreams (I usually ask for answers through dreams although I can't interpret them very well).

I have no idea if I'm getting a communication with them or I'm just falling into my own subconscious...

This is the targeted message.

When you first start lucid dreaming, you mostly recognize your subconscious and experience it. If there is communication, you know it and you feel that there is another consciousness. Especially our gods and goddesses give very high energy dreams.

To thrive in lucid dreaming, you need to recognize your fears. You can do this by experiencing those fears again through lucid dreaming.

Also, strengthening your chakras and soul is good for everything.

Something else that may help is astral projection, as you are trying to attain more control over your subconscious. The more control you have, the better you will be at discerning messages and symbolism in your dreams. I hope this helps.

I have found the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce to have excellent information on not just astral travel, but also lucid dreams.

I read the 2009 version of the book, but there is an updated 2012 version that I have not read yet. You can find it for free on annas-archive.
