So basically I saw someone I know irl in my dream that was naked?Anybody have an opinion maybe? Or I'm just overthinking bout it?

It depends what relation that person has to you. And the context of them being naked.
Alot of small details are needed to make a good reading.

For example where it was, how you reacted to it, who it was, what happened etc.

Write it all down. Then you can figure it out. Nakedness often means that someone is laid bare, that they are revealed. Also that they are vulnerable.
