Drawing energy from the sun at night?

I'm on day's 9-11 of the 40 day meditation program, and it says you can do the foundation method, drawing energy from the sun at night? It feels possible, but I'm not the best at telling.

So, Is it actually possible to do that? I imagine it would be doable, but a little less powerful than if you did the same thing during the day, and outside.

Yes, it's possible. You can look at a picture of the sun from Google Images.

Hi, from what I've read and  come to understand is that energy is everywhere. In the beginning all you have to do is just visualize, white light or white gold energy. But, mostly get a feel for it. Don't worry about the Sun right now, just  try to get a feel for it. I'm on day 21 on there, but it took me 3 days to feel the buzz all over my body up to my neck after doing Foundation Meditation. P.S: The sun is great at drawing energy, so is the moon.

Great advice! Thanks, I've kept working at it and it is helping so far. I found it helpful too to try and visualize myself being inside the sun when I try to draw energy from it. Do you ever feel your chakras "pulse" when you empower them?

I advice against staring at the computer or any images on the computer, for the simple reason that the computer emits harmful radiations. Instead, get a printout of sun's image and use it night.

Ohh--- good idea, thanks for the input! I usually just visualize being inside the sun. Like with invoking elements. I find that works well.
