Doubt about Squares and Chakras.

In this period i'm opening the chakras again, after a few weeks of no-meditation due to force majeure. Can i do the square of Mercury now, or it is better to open the chakras first and meditate on them for some time.

You could do both at the same time, if you have enouth time and can endure the energy/reps.
