Doing the meditations

Guys, if I do a meditation that is in ToZ and another site with the way we do different, but with the same goal (eg closing the Chakras). Got a problem?

Best to stick with the meditation on ToZ and on the sites in the Links section (Vovim Baghie, for example). As they have been tried by HPS Pythia and the clergy before being posted for the rest of us.

I suppose you still can, it's just ours are way stronger so if you did others it would just take you longer to progress. And who wants that? Lol
