What do you mean? Like as in a working? Well all depend upon the working. If it is a rosary working you will have to do the same mantra 108 times for 40 days.

If a meditation program that you are having and get bored of routine. You can change how to raise energies as much as you like. As long you dont do it too little. Always make sure to set the emergies on a high level.

You can also choose which way to raise energy, whatever that works best for you. Experiment if that is what you want.

Now, for the RTR's you should choose the following options. Or several of them.

What I means for example, on one day I raise with runes the the specific rune for my affirmation and visualization, Next day I raise energy with sexual energy , but keep the same affirmation and visualization,
then next day I might raise energy with breathing, but still keep the same affimation and visualization

Do I have to do exatcly 108 affirmation a day? Can I do rune number count like algiz is 15, so I will vibrate algiz 15 time and affirmation 15 times.

Ohh by the way any tips on visualizing sexual energy?
