Does solar eclipse really have negative effects on your body?

I was wondering if it really damages anything in our body or eyes if we see it? or does it have positive effects on the soul or body because of which may be the yehuborim tell everyone to shut their doors and do not come out and watch it?

I am just curious and I did read some articles which say it is bad but it's just that I am curious because I know the truth about yehuborim and it really makes you question everything.

I dont think so but the problem is people staring at it without any sort of protection. This seriously can damage the eyes and people have ended up blind or in hospitals for it.

Solar and Lunar eclipses can cause moodiness or changes in emotions this literally happens to me every single time I do notice this. It is too the point I can predict it and have to pay attention to when these events happen and be alone if I can be.
