"I have trouble expressing forgiveness" does not indicate a weak heart chakra, in fact that is a sign of a weak heart chakra.

You can use tarot cards for this or alternatively when you turn your attention to your chakras, if they can be felt easily and readily they are open, if they must be focused on for a whole before you feel anything or there is pain in the chakra below then they are blocked or closed.
