Does anyone know if this being truly exists or is just made up?

The being or supposed deity that I am referring to is called Saminga. The only information I've ever been able to get about him is from an online story titled In Nomine and it says that he is the demon prince of death. I just want to know if he/she/it is truly fake or what. Just want some info if anyone has any.

Not sure if it's the same being as the name is spelled Samigina and it's female. I kinda considered it male, but maybe it could be Saminga and it is female. Thanks anyway.
