Firstly i will say why not to fear swine flu.
Firstly, there is a drug which can cure it. It is an oral medication called Tamiflu (ethyl (3R,4R,5S)-5-amino-4-acetamido-3-(pentan-3-yloxy)cyclohex-1-ene-1-carboxylate) which is available through prescription. It was developed by US-based Gilead Sciences. It does not just cure swine flu, it cures many types of flu. In November 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush requested that Congress fund US$7.1 billion in emergency spending for flu pandemic preparedness (the Senate had already passed an US$8.1 billion bill). Bush's plan included US$1.4 billion for government purchases of antiviral drugs.
There is no govenment or jewish conspiracy here, if there was, they would not have released the drug four years in advance. Four years gives researchers plenty of time to find out what is in it and what the possible side affects could be.
Also, there are many more diseases that kill a lot more people each year. The common flu, for example, gives a death toll of around 500,000 people annually.
By the end of April, there were only 10 reported deaths due to Swine Flu. 9 in Mexico, and 1 in the U.S. The number of cases reported of people contracting the virus though, are in the hundreds. Notice how those people are recovering? It's because they were administered the drug Tamiflu. The first 9 deaths probably didn't even know of the existence of Swine Flu until it was too late, and therefore did not seek the drug. The 10th death might also have been unknown to the person, as they were a resident of the U.S. not Mexico, and the news had not broadcast that the disease had reached U.S. yet.
Summing up, do not fear Swine Flu... fear AIDS.
