Disrespect and anger

Since I have done the easter ritual, and power meditations, I feel way more sensitive to insult and disrespect. I think its healthier, as I tended to repress anger when being mistreated. This was prior to finding satan/Enki. There is commentary in the power mediation pages about negative emotions coming up after doing them in the start, its temporary and a phase.

Has anyone experienced this? How long does it last? I did power meditations faithfully sometime ago, but kind of got scared from the emotional things that I had to process. I definately want to continue with regular mediations this time. I know about aura and chakra cleansing, is there anything more that can be done with side effects of power mediations and workings? thank you.
 
I was raised to repress so-called "negative" emotions. Repressing them is very unhealthy. To answer your question, yes I have experienced them coming out with meditation. It is very therapeutic. Doing hatha yoga helps a lot too, there is a pdf for the 5 Tibetan Rites in the files section.

As for how long it lasts, it all depends on you. It might be a few days, possibly months, and it could be in stages, where it starts and then stops for a while and then starts again. Just keep in mind that it's all very healthy, it's your soul weeding out the dross.

Here's a tip: If you feel like crying, cry. Don't hold back. Many people start to cry while doing yoga. You will feel so much better after a good cry. As for anger, it helps to do destruction rituals against our enemy, but we can't do them until Mars is out of retrograde, which should be in a few days.

<td val[/IMG]I was raised just the opposite,which is also out of balance.I was told to express all my feelings,and it back fires when you get to be an adult.Now I find it very hard to not share whats going on with me.Being a Pisces water sign,certainly doesn't help matters much either. And sometimes I can even be a braggart,because I have always felt less then.Its still emotional immaturity,and I have to work on that continually.The thing that bothers me the most,is I find it hard to be private,or to share things that are not my own business.

Great thing is we all have things that needed changing,and like you said,and I have found to be true,Father Enki shows us what needs changing for our own good.When we build a relationship with Father Enki,as I said before,he helps us to mature,no matter what age,and shows us how to be better people.Then one day is we all want,we will realize the reason for our growth,is to reach Godhood.

I also agree with the crying thing.Although I am an older man,and have never been taught the patriarchal shit"the man is the head of the household',or the other "big boys don't cry" I have always felt it was important,and very healing to cry when necessary.

What you want to do is try to go with the flow and let the emotions come to you (make sure with anger you have the ability to control your body AKA actions not the emotion itself the enemy can really fuck you over if you are not) and yes the 5 tibetian rites I do those every day now. The other thing is focusing on and empowering your heart chakra and third chakra. Put your anger into doing destruction rituals against the enemy, hmm here is something idk who told me about this it was awhile back. If you can make a destruction ritual last until you are physically exausted, keep letting out every angry emotion, thought and feeling you have. Don't hold back on anything. Also the other issue is if you are tieing into if others "insult" you or "disrespect" etc. I don't want all those codes to decide how I feel about someone if I dislike them or like them it will be based on me. you have to decide which battles are worth fighting in your own mind how you want to be. Its more of an insult to me to be expected to be insulted by certain things than actually having it happen is the way I feel plus I am a rebel so I don't mind negative attention sometimes at all. Its about freeing yourself from the matrix if you are sucessful you can be happy and deeply fulfilled most of the time without suppressing any emotions, no one can tell you what makes you angry is my point. Go with the flow and maybe go into a trance and try to remember all the things that made you angry and try to let out your anger about all those things. Same with sadness, jealousy (this can actually be a good thing to feel if directed in the right way as it can provide motivation to work for whatever it is you are jealous of the other person for) and there are also a few emotions I do not even know the name of that are ranging between anger and sadness, anger and playfulness happiness and sadness, and some other one joy and relaxation, emotions are complex, there is a wide range of human emotions. The goal is to get to know your true self. Don't think of anything as bad or good or try not to. Think of it more along the lines of ok I feel this way how do I express it (maybe not to anyone else but get it out). You may end up for awhile feeling off balance and angry over things or sad or whatever that is normal, as you have been repressing things and taught that way, it might even go all the way into a panic attack, and fear kind of in waves. That I really don't know how to stop or express properly, I just have to let the waves of energy go through me. However once you have cleaned out your soul so to speak you will feel much more calm and happy and people just wont get to you that much, meaning the emotion will not be there if you don't feed into it. However you can kind of create or project another emotion onto it I like laughter or happiness or rebel feel (I think that is an emotion). I think its kind of cool to project any emotion randomly sometimes into situations if I feel it will lead to me having an advantage in things. Complete calmness mixed with some happy feeling seems to be a way to bring people over to my side of things in conversations I notice. This is getting into a whole different realm its possible to bring on project and control any emotion however that is more advanced. It doesn't require suppressing stuff, who you are is still there. This process may take anywhere from a few months to years depending on past lives and stuff before your soul is completely free of suppressed emotions. The other thing is don't suppress your ability to feel for other people, that is one thing suppressing emotions can lead to. If you can't feel hate you really cant feel love for example. If you do not fully feel sadness you cannot really experience happiness. I mean the fullness of the emotions not the superficial just at the surface thing people call emotions who are stuck in some enemy cult and trying to suppress them. Whatever you do don't listen to new age or xtian crap about emotions.
If you notice people in the advance stages of xtianity are ticking time bombs with emotions, they are mean and ugly but claim to only feel love its really fucked up. They are like an empty shell. You want to be complete opposite of that and embrace your emotions allowing you to live your life to the fullest and know who you really are.
