Discussion About Third Eye/Sixth Chakra Experiences

I wanted to genuinely know others experience with this. I actually used the Pineal Meditation to balance out the headache I was getting from my third eye. Here's my experience.

I went WAY overboard on my meditations (for me). Because today was monday, I did the third eye meditation (located on the full chakra meditation) and vibrated "ohm" 6 times, did the pineal meditation about 3 times (I think), did the satanic third eye/pineal breathing meditation 10 times each, and meditated on my clairvoyance points. Needless to say, I got a blinding headache. But than (after five hours of having a blinding headache) I started meditating on my pineal gland again and the headache disappeared within seconds.

I wanted to know, have any of you ever found relief from a headache induced by your third eye/sixth chakra by doing the pineal meditation?
