DID THE MERKABA: STILL FEELING FEEECTS OF ENERGY

GreetingsI DID THE MERKABA FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!! IT WAS GREAT NO OTHER MEDITATION HAS GIVEN ME THIS HIGH!!!!!DID IT OVER 3 HRS BACK YET AM FEELING THE EFFECTS AS I AM ON A HIGH ENERGY WISE.BET NO DRUGS CAN EVER GIVE U THIS HIGH.!!!!!!!!       One question when i was doing the Merkaba and came to the part where we are spinning the pyreamids at 3/4 the speed of light my body started shaking violently lasted for maybe a minute or two same thing happened when i spun it at the speed of light only my body was shaking violently for a longer time.Plan to (rather will)do it everyday.Like i said it has been more than 3 hours back but yet am on a high energy wise and charged up. Can anyone guide me on time travel am really serious on that
