destruction magick during waxing moon?

Is it ok to practice a fast destruction spell or curse during the waxing moon or better off to wait until the moon is waning? I really feel the need to vent some anger towards a disrespectful individual... possibly may be a jew to as they exhibit not just the facial features but the mentality of a jew as well.

If I'm going to do a long destruction working (40 days or more) I start it when the moon is waxing to ensure I have the carry through to go the distance. For quick one's I want to do and forget it's better to do from the full waning moon to the new moon.

so I can start the quick destruction tomorrow since tomorrow is the fullmoon? thus it would be leading into the next day of the waning moon?

If you need to perform a destruction ritual immediately, you do not need to wait for a waning moon. You can start the destruction working during a Tuesday or Saturday during the hours of Mars or Saturn. The program Chronos XP shows the planetary hours of the day. Make sue the moon is NOT void when you start the destruction working. Starting a working during a void moon will undermine the entire endeavor.
