dude. seriously ADHD is fake. Those pills only KILL spiritual power. If he does act like that for some reason it means his energies are unbalanced and he needs to meditate to correct the flow of energy.
I don't know which meditation would be best but chanting a mantra around 108 times will definitely balance him out.I'd suggest trying either a sun mantra or the satanama chant.
Then follow up with void meditation to tune in and balance the energy further.

Void meditation sounds like a huge chunk of what he needs to master
