Do the 28 days, and then ask yourself if you should continue it daily. You can stop it after the 28 days and then re-start it and do it daily, as an example. Or you can continue for as long as you feel is necessary.

Do the 28 days, and then ask yourself if you should continue it daily. You can stop it after the 28 days and then re-start it and do it daily, as an example. Or you can continue for as long as you feel is necessary.
I'm not sure why just 28 days? Like you would have to clean your sole every day, after the 28 days, if you stop, you would still need to clean your soul, so why not do deep cleaning as cleaning overall? Just do it as long as you can, and make an affirmation that spreads out energies, like affirm only that it completely cleans my soul.
