Deep cleaning consequences?

Suzej1 min to read

I’ve been doing a deep cleansing for a few days now and I’ve noticed that I’m increasingly plagued by negative thoughts – for example, that I’m single, which bothers me, or dwelling on past mistakes and things like that. It’s not overwhelming enough to send me into a depression or anything like that, but I’m wondering whether this is normal as part of the soul-cleansing process, or whether I’m doing something wrong? I feel that I’m cleansing myself and generally feel good, but these negative thoughts seem to be getting stronger by the day and making me increasingly pensive.

Hello, this phenomenon is perfectly normal and confirms that you’re on the right track. The purification process brings negative aspects of everyone’s life to the surface (and begins to diminish their power), somehow putting you in a position to change your life for the better. Basically, they’re telling you straight up what’s wrong with you and what you need to do to get your life back on track.

I wish you good luck with your advancement.

Thanks for putting my mind at ease; I wish you all the best.

I forgot to mention that ever since I started deep cleansing, my skin imperfections have got worse; I’ve always had slight red spots on the backs of my arms, but since I’ve been deep cleansing, they’ve got worse – there are more of them and they’re bigger.

It could be a sign that you should see a dermatologist or pay more attention to your diet or skincare routine.

This is the targeted message.

Is completely normal that when you start removing negative karmic seeds and obstacles and impediments, some things manifest as all of that comes to the surface.

This is an effect of purification called Catharsis, the Greeks spoke extensively of this.

Dross on your soul is being removed, and thus being "expressed" as its associated karmas are burned.

  1. Remember that this is negativity leaving, not your situation getting worse.

  2. Purification works best if done in tandem with replacing the new empty space with something positive. When past mistakes arise in your attention, take the time to analyze whether you are still doing some of them, how to improve and so on. If being single now bothers you more, you are likely burning the karmas and samskaras that were preventing you from finding a partner. Do a working to meet a partner in the near future and put in the effort to physically put yourself out there, and it will likely work better than in past attempts.

  3. If negative manifestations are getting a bit too much to handle, ease up on the cleaning, and/or use Sananda and program it to keep you emotionally stable and at peace.
