Dedication Ritual Question

1. Can this be done during the day? I sorta had planned out a great time, however its the middle of the day. Mid afternoon. Does this affect the ritual? 2. I can only located a red candle, its pretty dark red though. 3. what do you do with the ashes? My parents are out of town and today is pretty much my only shot at this.

1)Time of day/night does not make a difference, whenever you can get a free moment.

2)Colour dosn't matter, its the intent of the ritual. Red will be fine.

3)Just discard of the ashes respectfully. This means, spread them in the garden, or in a lake or sea ect. Don't throw them in the bin or flush them downt he toilet.

It does not matter the time of day. You may keep the ashes, if you wish, as a keepsake.

You can do it in the day if you like though night time has a different atmousphere of energy. It is respectful to dig a small hole outside and barey the ashes. At the time I did not know and I think I put some in the garbage. It's really best to use black, blue, or even a green candle (Astroth's colour); but what Father Satan really cares about about is what is in your heart and what your intentions are. Just do your best and everything should go fine.

Oh shit it dident say anything about how to discard them in the jos site. I dedacated yesterday and I think I did it all wrong. I rote it down I forgot to have a bath before so I did that then I signed my name but then mum came home from work so I burnt it when she went out again and then I put the ashes on the bin in a hurry  and washed the plate  i used and I was told it dident matter what couler it was so I used a wite candle. Have I donethis wrong do I need to dedacate again?

I'm just curious about why the dedication ritual on JOS includes renouncing Jehovah, Jesus, and Jehovah's spirit, but does not include a renunciation of Allah (Islam's god), Shiva (the head god of Hinduism), or any other god that is not Satan. Thank you!

the reason the dedication is worded thus is for psychological reasons.
No, obviously jewsus is not real, but, well...how to put this? If you
were raised xian, and you can say the words as Maxine wrote them in
the dedication rite, that's one step closer to breaking the enemy ties
over you. I can't think of any other way to explain it, honestly. It's
a sort of psychic aid, a way to denounce xianity and all it stands
for. I myself was not raised xian; indeed, I was not really raised
anything. My parents left me alone as far as religion was concerned.
So I came to Father without any preconceived notions of him. However,
it is a sad fact that many of our Brothers and Sisters here in this
group were not nearly so fortunate as I. IN fact I believe even HPS
Maxine was raised catholic, if I remember rightly. The point being, if
you cannot read the dedication ritual aloud, exactly as it is written,
well then, you are not yet ready to do it! Because you still have some
subconscious, or even conscious, ties to the xian program that will
not let you say those words denouncing xianity and its non-god. Again,

I do believe you can add to your dedication ritual allah if you are muslim, as the point of renouncing is to deliberate your mind from it, it makes us psychically more healthy, it makes us free. (I suppose).
