To feel power from meditations takes time, effort and constance. Well it's not like we can give you a list of meditations to do, you build your daily program going how you feel. I can advise you to try some yoga and try as many different breathing exercises as you can. Void and Foundation meditation have to be included in your program, and dont forget the most important aura cleaning and aura of protection. If you really need some guideline to follow then look at the six month training program. You find both a pdf in the groups and a section on the JoS. If you follow it, tought, IMO you need to do your basic daily program PLUS the exercises of the day of the training program. About the trance, it takes practice to get into one. Void meditation and pranamayas are a great help. For the mental calling effect go with how you feel. You can try the ladder, the elevator or whatever until you find what works for you. Remember everything takes dedication and time, so never drop your meditations, even if you feel nothing, the effects will come.
