Unfortunately I need to curse somebody and I can't buy the supplies because of my I'm a miner I'm 17

If your concept of a curse if buying a gun and shooting the person then I could see where this would be a problem. Other than that your age shouldn't be a factor. Props are more for visualization, its the energy within you which is important...
