I slept in the morning at 5 maybe o.O uh.. Its 11:28am now. Was sleeping i got a mild attack. Got paralysed. I felt it was a spirit of a man. I tried to break this paralysed but couldnt i failed :@grr. I tried to stand up then i fell down. Couldnt lift my weight. I watched into the mirror and then what i saw my face was smiling in the mirror but infact i was not. It was an evil like smile. But finally i woked up. What disappointed me is that i couldnt fight back :@ wanted to break the paralyse quickly. Tried to break it as HP vovim guided how to. It lasted for almost 5-10 mins i think. Interestingly, last night i heard a voice of man. I wasnt meditatin that time. I had just done a 10mins clairaudience last day. Well, I fucking Hate it :@ if someone have power over me now. I cant just tolerate that. I say who the fuck they are to scare me!!?!?!???!! ? Upon waking up i said fuck you to whoever that was. Cleansed my aura just. Gona do further meditations. Just wanted to share :Dthanks for reading.

Be sure you are cleaning your aura and applying your aura of protection daily. Also, it is good practice to regularly clean the area you meditate/live/sleep in, of negative energies and entities. I used to find that if I ever skipped doing protection or aura cleaning before I slept, I would be attacked heavily in my sleep.

yeah thanks. Cleaning area with blue satanic fire? and at first i wasnt able to move my body. I still remember how much force i used to move. Eventually i tried to stand up but fell down. I used blue satanic fire around me n against it too. visualized burnin it/spirit,but couldnt see it/ anything just i strongly felt that it was a male presence an old man maybe.
