Just a few minutes ago, I completed a new meditation Ive come up with, and Im extremely satisfied with it. I call it the Water Meditation. First, I opened the window in my room and made sure there was a strong and cool breeze coming in. Next, I got a bowl from the kitchen and filled it with cold water, and placed it infront of me on my bed. I turned of the lights, and turned on some meditative music(In this case, Black Moon Dance). I began to pay good attention to the air flowing into the room: The temperature, the smells, etc., and began dipping and swirling my fingers in the water(I even spread a bit of it on my forehead, imagining it seeping straight into my third eye) speculating as I did the air. A few minutes later, I had reached a deep state of relaxation. Then, I charged the water with green aura, inciting a sort of sense of balance and nature. I then proceeded to drink the water, nearly throwing myself into a trance. I HIGHLY recommend people try it out, as it did wonders for me.
