Cursing with Runes

Dear Yog Sothoth,
Thank you very much for suggesting the runic curse method from HP Hooded Cobra.
I have started to work on the target several days ago using both runes.
The way I do it is that I am visualizing Thurisaz above one of his chakras, such as the heart or solar plexus chakra. I then follow Hooded Cobra's guideline and vibrate the Rune 9x.
I then switch to Hagalaz and do the same on that chakra. I will target 3 chakras in each session, so that each chakra receives 9x of each Runic intonation.
I follow each set of vibration with the affirmation: My target is permanently and totally being destroyed on all levels of existence. I should mention that I have also called several other entities (demons) against the target months ago. There have been certain successes but I wont rest until the target is gone as he is threatening my life and that of my loved ones.
I thank you again, also for introducing me to Rune work...it feels amazing!

Dear Yog Sothoth,
thanks a lot for that advice. JOS are the only ones that emphasize the importance of cleansing one's aura. I don't know what your affiliation with the group is but really I have to thank you all collectively for teaching me absolutely key magical knowledge I could not find anywhere else...FOR FREE!
My situation actually briefly worsened after my first death ritual against one of the targets, as I had no idea that I must purify myself afterwards. I simply did Crowley's "Invocation of the bornless one" beforehand, which proved to be quite useless except that it manifested a spirit, most likely some light elf being. Back then I used the LBRP, which involves certain Hebrew names that have proven themselves to be rather useless as well.
I used to be a member of a well known LHP organization focusing on the Egyptian tradition as well, which claims that Black Magicians need not worry about the forces of darkness, as "we are one with them": Strangely enough most of them look like trainwrecks.
Again, thank you very much for your assistance. I am currently doing daily meditations as described by HP Hooded Cobra (40 day meditation).

Dear Yog Sothoth,
you are right. That said I am working closely with Horus, Lucifer, the entity whose Aeon Crowley proclaimed. I am currently immersing myself in HP Hooded Cobra's meditation course.
As well as that I am studying the site and the Satanic grimoire. I wish I had found JOS years ago, my life would be much better today. I feel awesome after every meditation and am the only guy that I know here in Hitler's homeland who hasn't gone ill this winter. Meditation is the best thing that ever happened to humanity. I will be meditating now.

@Hank Andrews: You probably misunderstood the whole meaning of what Yog Sothoth said. Let me explain to you what all is about: you need to forget whatever you know outside of JoS, because they're usually bullshit and dangerous and don't mix with what we do, not to mention enemy nonsense. I mean, you mention some good things in your post but then together with them you just insert nonsense from other enemy sources like Crowley e.t.c. Just get over that, and forget it.
Sure though if you mentioned Kundalini Yoga or Tantra or Qi Gong then I'd not say anything about it because although it's outside of JoS it's not dangerous or of the enemy, but useful and helpful. Anything Eastern isn't bad, only the teachings they tell you together with the exercises are bullshit. But almost everything in Western Occultism is corrupted nonsense with jewish bullshit. ESPECIALLY the hebrew nonsense you mentioned, this is really of the enemy, harmful to us and disrespectful to our Gods. Actually our Gods hate everything jewish/hebrew.
