because I think I've been baptized since my 13 years of living everywhere

It does help a lot with me. I was new to SS but I was interested in spirituality since yrs ago. I know I need to meditate daily but I was sooo lazy. Since I did the defication ritual, I started to have the motivation to meditate. Good luck
