Curse on the xtian church?

I am wondering if I can perform the curse on the xtian church in my astral temple, or do I half to do it phisically in this world? because I live in the city and its kind of hard to find a place safe that noone will touch the nazerine poppit. And if I can do the ritual in my astral temple do I still speak the words aloud or in my head?
