Crying after Meditations and Mantras.

I just did one of the mantras from the "Words of Power" for the first time, just now, for 20 repetitions.

I feel like crying, but in a good way...that probably sounds odd. :\
Is this normal? This happens sometimes after doing powerful meditations.

Why is this happening? I am just curious.

Sounds like you are just processing some pent up feelings.I had a lot of pent up anger that I released when I did some Black Masses last year.As I said in my post,this was before I found JoS.At that time venting my anger against that filthy xtian program,was something I needed at the time.The anger is gone now,and I am free,thanks to Father.
