Creation Off A UPtime ToZ multilanguage monitor site?

By trying different languages off the main website, I couldn't reach some. For the clergy to make it more easy to identify and restore these, a uptime site would be good.

Maybe something like this allready exists but it isn't puplic?

As far as I know, there used to be an uptime site. That site is not responding any longer, however. Now, it might be that the administration has a service that they use privately. This is pure speculation though. It would make sense for them to use something to be on track with issues.
