Does anyone know a rune or meditation to work on courage. I was thinking on just empowering my solar plexus or base chakra but I already do everyday. Is there a rune and affirmation anyone recommends? Thank you.
I admire those that can stand up to others physically. I feel like it's part of my destiny to balance my peace loving attitude with strict protective rage. I would even feel my own energy restricting myself from doing anything that requires me to stand up for myself or others . I've never really needed to other wise, being an already intimating character.
