Hi, energy has many uses and I know lord Satan wants us to be masters of it. Not just in cultivating power for health, but also to use it as both a physical and psychic weapon. Knowledge of self defence amd combat is necessary and honorouble.
Energy in large quantities can and will become a formiddable force in a fight. Basically I want an energy training/ energy martial arts thread. One where we test methods amounst our selves, report back results, and then refine it. This way we can make sure the information stays real and does not become delusional fluff, but real techniques with serious power behind them useful in real combat situations.
