You can speak to Father Satan at any time. You simply have to focus on him and either say aloud or in your head what you wish to say. The Gods are telepathic and can hear us at any time. Father will always hear you. Keep in mind that just because you don't hear anything doesn't mean that he isn't listening. The Gods are very busy at this time. Once you have advanced your psychic abilities enough then you can hear the Gods telepathically. If you aren't psychically open, then look out for coincidences in your life.
