I understand how hard it is to be positive when the only thing surrounding you is negativity. It may seem impossible. So what you do is you pay attention to your brain. If it tries to make you focus on something negative, focus on something positive. Even if you have to pull positivity right out of thin air, it can be done.
I'm going to use an example here.
When I was in high school (before I was with my husband) I went through a HORRIBLE break up. I was torn up inside and thought I would never be happy again. So I cried but than I started thinking, why should I cry? Why should I be sad? I'm a good person who only wants to help other people. It's HIM that's missing out. And I continued on that train of thought and just kept building myself up and being positive and happy until I STOPPED crying and started laughing. I was able to be silly and laugh and make jokes and be positive because I made the choice to do so and felt good enough to do so because I CHOSE to feel good instead of bad.
Now when I'm sad, all I have to do is remember how happy I was when I had that cup of hot chocolate for breakfast this morning and I'm right back up there again.

But I've been doing this for YEARS.
And I know this may sound EXTREMELY stupid at first. But it DOES work. If your ever down, sad, or can't stop thinking negative thoughts, combat it with positive uplifting thoughts and joy. Than multiply that joy and make it stronger and stronger by focusing on it and adding more joyful thoughts until you are about to explode and than LET yourself explode with joy. I trained myself to do that and now my brain constantly shoots out positivity.

It's quite refreshing and it's better than being negative all the time and constantly focusing on things that are negative.
If you have to cry, cry. If you have to run to get your anger out, run. Cry or Run until you are numb. It's cathartic. But after that's done, THAN start thinking positively.
But let me give you a fair warning. Don't do this to the point where you completely block out reality. When reality slaps you in the face, try to turn off all your emotions and put them aside and deal with life logically. There are ALWAYS solutions to problems. And if you can't think of any, than write down the problem on a piece of paper and think of solutions. And if that doesn't work, put the problem on the shelf to deal with it later. And if you can't, than TALK to someone.
Also, make sure you do an aura of protection every day and you clean your aura everyday. Also affirm "I am constantly thinking positive thoughts at all times in every way." and really force yourself to believe it. Soon you won't HAVE to force yourself. You'll just believe it.

Hello satanists of the world, I have a question about meditation how can I meditate if I'm never in peace in my house and always around negative people and just bad energy all the time which makes it very difficult for me to concentrate when meditating because I'm always stressed out or angry to keep my focus? Another thing is there any ritual that could take care of this problem I'm having?
