I have been reading over the Joy of Satan site and I am confused a little bit. If I understand it right, Satan is our true father and we were stolen and made blind to the truth by the christian god and his angles?
Does a person just accept this on faith? Like a christian does by accepting the writings of the bible. I guess what I'm getting at is how do we know this is truth?
I've read the exposing christianity articles and they are revealing. Through my own studies over the years I've come to the belief that the bible is stories stolen from paganism and rewrote by man, which is why I'm searching here, with that said some pagans claim that christians invented satan and since the bible is rewritten/stolen paganism, how does one know for sure that satan is the creator and father of us?
I am in no way trying to start trouble or an argument. I am genuinly seeking the truth and I do not want to have any doubts if/when I choose to do the dedication ritual. Everything I ask and have written has been done with the utmost respect for everyone here.
