Firstly what are the colours of the shoulder temple and hip chakras becuase for example the shoulder chakras are sometimes shown on JOS as green sometimes they are shown as white and in the latest update it says visualise them bright white the same question goes for the temple and hip chakras.
Secondly is the base chakra at the tailbone or prenulem because its descibred as being in one or the other on JOS.
