Concerning Runes

I was just wondering for those who have already worked with runes; how do do you go about charging or consecrating them before usage? Any suggestions.

Charging and consecrating runes? We charge sigils and stuff with runic energy and we consecrate ritual tools etc. Do you mean how do we use runes? You vibrate the rune and program the energy. http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... balah.html
