Complete Chakra Meditation

I decide to do the runes for the Complete Chakra Meditation.

Do you have to vibrate a certain amount of time or one time?

If you do need to vibrate a certain amount, then how many time do I vibrate "thor"; I can't find that rune on the rune page unless "thor" is another name for "<font>THURISAZ" rune

When you're doing full chakra meditation it doesn't matter how many times you vibrate the rune into any chakra. Just make sure you at least do it 7-9 times for each chakra for it to be sufficient enough. And if you do a lot of vibrations into one chakra make sure you go and balance the rest of your chakras how it says to on the full chakra meditation page and its very effective to empower a chakra during its day and hour.

Thor is thurisatz. THOR correctly is THAUR, TH-AH-UU-RR.

Vibrate as many times you can handle and feel comfortable with. If you are experience any negativity then go down on the numbers.

Remember to do the same amount vibrations for the rest of the chakras.
