Is there anyone who has come from an islamic background that has done the dedicatation ritual? Id like to know what to write on the paper, who do I denounce in my prayer?

Yes thats what I was looking at doing, just filling in the blanks, but was afraid it might not be right. I dont want to be writing the wrong prayer down.
